The special feature of this vacation home is the winery, which includes a wine cellar, a wine store and a tasting room of wines from its own production.
The cellar of Villa Lipica has a capacity of 7,000 bottles, and we produce wines under the name HARSAN (mag. Harsfa = Lipa, Lipica, Aršanj). The wines are of top quality, awarded at numerous wine exhibitions.
In addition to the wine cellar with the wine store, there are also two connected rooms with a kitchen that can be rented separately for the purpose of smaller get-togethers for up to 40 people.
