Villa Lipica is a unique holiday home in this part of Croatia near Pitomača. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, categorized with 4 stars. It includes 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room with dining room and kitchen, and a spa area (Finnish sauna and hydromassage tub).

The special feature of this vacation home is the winery, which includes a wine cellar, a wine store and a tasting room for self-produced wines with a capacity of up to 40 people with a separate kitchen. All of this is located on 1,800 square meters of a beautiful garden with a vineyard, on one of the highest peaks of Bilogora, Lipica, from where there is a view of the beautiful parts of Hungary and Slavonia on one side, and Podravina and Bilogora on the other.

The cellar of Villa Lipica with a capacity of 7,000 bottles produces wines under the name HARSAN (mag. Harsfa=lipa, Aršanj-Lipica). The wines are top quality, awarded with gold and silver medals at wine exhibitions, and the current offer consists of Rhine Riesling, Graševina, Cuvee Blanc blend, as well as Frankovka rose wine and Cabernet Sauvignon red wine.
