The cellar of Villa Lipica has a capacity of up to 7,000 bottles, and produces wines called HARSAN (mag. Harsfa=Lipa, Lipica is one of the highest peaks of Bilogora, on which the winery is located).
Our goal is to produce wines of the highest quality, and at wine evaluations, they have been awarded gold and silver medals. The current production consists of Rhine Riesling, Graševina, white blend Cuvee Blanc, Rosé wine Frankovka and red wine Cabernet Sauvignon.
The plan is to expand production with somewhat more complex late-harvest wines from Graševina and aged wine using the surly method of the Chardonnay variety.
